Co Owner / Principal
Alicia Muscella
Alicia started dancing at Anne Gale School of Dance at the age of 4 in taking exams in ISTD Ballet, Modern & Tap and performing in a variety of Pantomimes from the age of 7 to 14 years.Alicia then explored further into her dance training focussing on contemporary techniques such as, Humphrey, Graham, Cunningham and Release. At age 21, Alicia gained BA Honours Degree in Dance Studies (Choreography) at Middlesex University.
She has always had a keen interest in the Arts, performing professionally as a dancer in a range of productions. Alicia is the proud founder of NG Dance Collective and is excited to begin this new chapter at Performing Arts Collective Limited. Her main reasons for starting a dance school was to inspire all ages and abilities within her home county Bedfordshire, with all classes focus on safe, high-energy, well-structured practice throughout. She has a huge passion for dance and loves to help performers find their pathways into the Arts.

Morgan Lomas
Morgan began her dance training at JoAnn Latus School of Dance where she gained ISTD exam qualifications in Modern, Tap and Ballet. Expanding her love for performing, she joined Stagecoach Leighton Buzzard and trained as a triple threat performer. Morgan has performed in a number of professional shows across West End and UK stages including Cats the Musical (NIA Birmingham), Mardi Gras (Royal Albert Hall), Voice in a Million (O2 Arena), Operas Tosca and Aida, and Pantomimes Dick Whittington and Robin Hood (Grove Theatre), amongst many others and even in Her Majesty’s Royal Theatre!
Morgan trained at University of the Creative Arts in Farnham, and recently graduated with a BA Hons in Acting. Alongside teaching, Morgan has an eye for choreography. She has worked as a dance and musical theatre choreographer for several companies, choreographing numbers that have been seen in local theatres.

Milli Randall
Milli currently teaches hip hop, commercial, heels, tap, modern theatre and ballet at Performing Arts Collective Limited. Throughout her many years of training at Anne Gale School of Dance, she has competed in many dance competitions and festivals getting brilliant results.
She also performed in several pantomimes from a young age and as part of the English Youth Ballet. Milli attended Sylvia Young Theatre School and more recently Phoenix Starr College gaining her diploma. Milli has danced in shows such as "So You Think You Can Dance", "Hip-hop Unite" and "Move It" as well as doing many photoshoots.

Trudie Jones
Trudie grew up at the Anne Gale School of Dance where she competed regularly in dance festivals around the country, including at All England Dance Finals. She has danced professionally, performed at the Royal Albert Hall and as a member of the English Youth Ballet. She also had the opportunity to assist a judge at the Dance World Cup. Whilst training under Miss Anne and Miss Gillian, she achieved the highest grade in her Gold Tap and final Advanced 2 Tap exams at the age of 17, then completed her exams to the same standard in Modern Theatre.
She also took the highest level of exams at Advanced 2 level in both Imperial Classical Ballet and RAD ballet, becoming an associate of the Royal Academy of Dance. As well as attending weekly classes at the Central School of Ballet, Trudie qualified in Dance Instruction at Anne Gale. All this was achieved before attending the University of Kent where she gained her degree in Accounting and Finance and later on qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Following Uni, Trudie gained her Diploma in Dance Education and continued to enhance her many years of teaching experience.

Abigail Britten
Abigail started taking Ballet classes at the age of 4. From here she joined A-stars and eventually Anne-gale school of dance, where she took many exams, competed in competitions and performed in many shows and pantomimes.
Abigail went on to gain a First class degree in Dance and Professional Practice at University of Bedfordshire. Alongside her dance teaching Abigail also works as a 1:1/SEN TA in a primary school.

Karen Ferguson
Karen has been a teacher at Anne Gale School of Dance for over 10 years. She graduated from Harrison College of Dance & Drama, where she was both privileged and fortunate to train under a team of well renowned teachers. She gained her ISTD teaching associates in Ballet, Tap, Modern and National. Alongside these, Karen also gained her teaching qualification in LAMDA, as well as her written exams in History of Dance, Physiology and Kinesiology.
Having graduated with distinction, Karen travelled to New York where she spent the summer attending various dance classes at The Broadway Studios to further her knowledge within the performing arts. Prior to attending Harrison College, Karen gained a diploma in the performing arts in Ireland, where she originates from. Growing up in Ireland, Karen performed, choreographed and directed numerous variety shows, pantomimes, musicals and summer schools. She has taught at schools across Ireland and also throughout England where she has also adjudicated many dance competitions. Karen has passed her love of dance onto her daughter, Kelly, who is one of the senior dancers at Performing Arts Collective Limited.

Holly Clayton
Holly started dancing at the age of 5 with A-Stars, where she took many exams and performed in annual shows and showcases. She began assisting dance classes from the age of 14, where her passion for teaching began.
Currently, Holly is studying Dance Performance at LMA in London, a Performing Arts University, where she hopes to continue to learn off some of the best in the industry and pass on knowledge to those she teaches.

Lucy Connolly
Lucy began dancing at the age of 5 at North Central Herts School of Dance, where she gained ISTD exam qualifications in Ballet, Tap, Modern & Jazz. She then trained at Stage Right College in Royston, gaining a BTEC Level 3 in performing arts.
Lucy then went on to train at London Studio Centre for three years, and recently graduated with a BA Hons in Theatre Dance. During her time at London Studio Centre, Lucy had many performance opportunities and worked with industry professionals, most recently performing in the JazzCo 2023 tour, ‘Vela’.
